About me

A lifelong mover, my relationship with movement began early and instinctively. With a childhood shaped by postural training due to my father’s severe scoliosis, I learned from a young age that movement is not only a passion — it’s a pathway to resilience. From the swimming pool, where I trained and competed, to athletics, volleyball, and later martial arts, my world always revolved around pushing my limits and discovering what the body can express. After overcoming multiple injuries from serious accidents, and later recovering from a debilitating burnout that deeply affected my physical health, I found my true anchor: Yoga and Mobility. These practices became my bridge back to my body — a source of healing, grounding, and joyful reconnection.

They didn’t just help me recover; they opened a door to a deeper, more intentional way of living. This transformation inspired me to teach and eventually guided me toward becoming both a Yoga Educator and a Health & Wellness Coach, supporting others with the very tools that supported my own recovery. My quest for knowledge has taken me across the globe (Thailand, France, USA, India, Nepal ) where I studied with world-renowned teachers such as Daniel Rama, Hiro Landazuri, Shakti Bird, Brad Terrell, Patrick Beach, and many others. Alongside these studies, I expanded my practice through Animal Flow and locomotion, integrating them into a modern, fluid, and playful approach to movement.

My intention is to help students find balance, move with curiosity, reconnect with their inner playful child, and step confidently beyond their comfort zones. I strive to create spaces where people feel safe to explore, express, and grow. My classes carry pieces of my own journey and heart; positivity, compassion, and a contagious love for movement. I blend technical precision with heartfelt presence, always guiding students toward deeper embodiment and self-trust.

Educator, Trainer & Coach

I am a registered YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) and deliver Yoga Teacher Trainings, workshops, and specialised modules focused on mobility, mindful movement, breathwork, and embodied teaching. As a certified Nutrition, Health & Wellness Coach, I combine movement, breathwork, and holistic coaching to support clients in their long-term wellbeing. My coaching integrates: sustainable nutrition, mindset and behaviour change, stress and energy regulation ,lifestyle design, breathwork for digestion and nervous system balance

I also teach as a guest educator at the International Institute of Nutrition & Health (IINH), offering modules on how breathwork supports digestion, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing.

At the heart of everything I share — whether in coaching, classes, or trainings — is a simple purpose:
