I’m a yoga and mobility teacher, and the founder of Alchemy Movement—a space where movement becomes a tool for healing, not performance.
My work blends yoga, mobility, and nervous system support to help you release pain, reduce tension, and feel safe and strong in your body again.
My path into this work wasn’t linear.
After years of competitive sports, martial arts, and pushing my body to its limits, I experienced injuries and burnout that forced me to slow down and listen.
That’s where everything changed.
Movement became less about control—and more about awareness, regulation, and rebuilding from within.
Today, I combine:
intelligent mobility and strength
nervous system work and breath
deep body awareness
to guide people back into a body that feels connected, resilient, and alive.
Alongside my work with clients, I teach internationally and serve as Director of Education at Move Breathe Academy, where I support and mentor teachers worldwide.
My approach is:
