Hi, I’m Elisa, certified Health, Wellness & Nutrition Coach dedicated to helping you transform your wellbeing from the inside out.
My mission is simple: to guide and empower you to build a balanced, sustainable, and energised life, using a holistic approach that supports body, mind, and lifestyle.
My Story: Why I Chose This Path
My journey into wellness began with a very personal turning point.
After years of stress, pushing beyond my limits, and losing touch with my own needs, I experienced a severe burnout that led to physical complications.
I was hospitalized with issues in my liver, GI and pancreas, a moment that forced me to pause and truly confront how unsustainable my lifestyle had become.
That experience changed everything.
I realised that healing isn’t just about treating symptoms; it’s about understanding the root causes, nurturing the body, calming the mind, and rebuilding life in a way that supports long-term health.
This became the foundation of my work, and the reason I am so deeply committed to guiding others through their own healing and transformation.
Qualifications
Nutrition & Health Coach — BTEC Level 3 Advanced Diploma
Completed through the International Institute of Nutrition & Health (IINH).
The programme included: Nutrition in Health & Disease, Basics of Nutrition, Nutrition, Exercise & Sports, Farm to Fork, Practitioner Development, Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching, Setting Up Practice & Delivering Presentations.
Wellness & Health Coach — The Wellness Revolution
I trained with A Wellness Revolution, a recognised global holistic health-and-wellness school that combines the latest scientific insights with a truly integrative approach.

Guest Teacher at IINH
In addition to my coaching work, I am also a guest teacher at the International Institute of Nutrition & Health (IINH), where I deliver sessions on the powerful connection between breathwork, digestion, and overall wellbeing. In these classes, I guide students through:
how breathwork influences the nervous system
its role in restoring digestive balance
how breathing patterns affect stress, energy, and emotional regulation
practical techniques that support a calmer, healthier internal environment
Teaching at IINH allows me to share both scientific understanding and practical tools, and it enriches the techniques I bring into my private coaching sessions. It is a privilege to help upcoming nutrition and health coaches deepen their awareness of how something as simple and accessible as the breath can create profound shifts in wellbeing.
My Approach
Highlights of my approach:
Emphasis a holistic view of health: integrating body, mind and spirit.
Aware not only about nutrition and lifestyle, but also about the emerging “new sciences” (including epigenetics, neuroscience, and glycobiology) to understand how health and wellness operate even at the cellular level.
Knowlegable of broad aspects of wellbeing: how food, digestion, stress, thought patterns, emotions, lifestyle choices, relationships, career, and even spiritual nourishment all influence our health.
Working with you to support personal transformation, but also to prepare you to learn how to combine nutritional knowledge, lifestyle , subconscious-reprogramming techniques, by having and a deep understanding of wellness beyond just “diet and exercise.”
A deep scientific foundation in nutrition: nutrients, foods, dietary guidelines, personalised nutrition vs “one-size-fits-all”, nutrient composition and density, and how food and lifestyle influence health at a fundamental level.
Coaching competencies and practical coaching skills: how to guide clients in a client-led process, create realistic and individualised action plans, support behavioural change around food, lifestyle, sleep, exercise, relaxation.
I’m able to offer a coaching style that goes beyond standard nutrition advice or quick fixes, I support clients in transforming all levels of their wellbeing: from physical health and eating habits, to mindset, emotional balance, lifestyle patterns, and long-term vitality. Because of my continuing education, combined with my personal healing journey, I’m able to offer a coaching style that’s knowledgeable, grounded, and deeply compassionate. I don’t only know the science; I’ve walked the path of recovery, and I support clients from a place of lived experience.
