Where we meet
All classes will take place at TWO.22 starting from 1.45 pm up to 3.45 pm
Doors will open just 15 - 10 min prior to class to allow you to get ready for practice.

We can access : mats, blocks, sliders, blankets, elastic bands and some props for mobility work.
Showers, lockers, toilets and also a space with a big table for us to discuss after the classes.
