There are experiences that change not because of what happens within us, but because of what happens between us. Moments when a room full of strangers begins to breathe, listen, and sing together, creating a sense of connection that feels difficult to explain and impossible to create alone.
Sociologists call this collective effervescence : the energy and sense of belonging that can emerge when people share the same experience. Long before it had a name, cultures around the world cultivated it through rituals, music, and shared practices.
This workshop is an invitation to experience exactly that.
We'll begin by slowing down with ceremonial cacao and a guided meditation, creating space to arrive in the body and connect with ourselves. From there, we'll gently awaken the breath and voice before moving into a shared mantra practice, discovering how singing together can become a powerful experience of presence, connection, and joy.
No previous experience with cacao, meditation, or singing is needed. Just bring your curiosity, an open mind, and a willingness to be part of something shared.
